John Lennon

John's Abbey Road suit just sold for 118 grand. Interesting. . . I wonder what John himself would have to say on the issue?

"Possession isn't nine-tenths of the law. It's nine-tenths of the problem."

"Music is everybody's possession. It's only publishers who think that people own it."

"The postman wants an autograph. The cab driver wants a picture. The waitress wants a handshake. Everyone wants a piece of you."

And since I'm quoting John Lennon, here's another one that I like:

"I believe in everything until it's disproved. So I believe in fairies, the myths, dragons. It all exists, even if it's in your mind. Who's to say that dreams and nightmares aren't as real as the here and now?"
